ELIGIBILITY

1. This competition is open to local and international undergraduate students from any field of study, but preferably from an      engineering background.
2. Each participating team may send a maximum of eight (8) team members for the competition.
3. All team members from each team are encouraged to be from the same educational institution.
4. All team members are allowed to receive help from other parties (lecturer, teacher, researchers, etc). However, only              those eight (8) registered participants will receive any form of award.

CHANGE OF AGENDA
1. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, the organisers reserve the rights to change the agenda without          prior notice.
2. All participants will be informed of any changes of rules, agenda and clarification via email or social media channels.

 

PRIVACY AND DISCLAIMER
1. Any personal information you choose to provide will only be used for the purpose of this competition and will not be              disclosed to any third party without prior consent from participating teams unless required by law.
2. InvencMax 2.0 organising committee reserves the right to modify any rules and regulations of the competition without          prior notice. Our committee will inform the participants of any changes at the earliest convenience. Participants hold the       responsibility to constantly check the respective communication channels for the latest updates.
3. The organisers reserve the right to accept or decline any individuals, teams or organisations participating in InvencMax        2.0, with or without prior notice or reason.
4. The innovative product must be in the form of a virtual prototype. The cost for the preparation of the innovative product          will be fully covered by the participating team.
5. All submissions must be made within the stated submission deadline. Any incomplete, illegible, misdirected or late                submissions will not be considered.
6. Participating teams will be fully responsible for internet connection. Any problem relating to internet connections must be      informed at least 1 hour before the competition.
7. The appointment of the panel of judges for this competition is the sole responsibility of the organiser.
8. By participating in this competition, all teams agree to the possible inclusion of their innovative product in any media            coverage by the organiser and the sponsors, such as press releases or publications.
9. Photos taken (if any) during InvencMax 2.0 and information related to InvencMax 2.0 will be shared among the                    organisers and be published for publicity purposes of the event.

ETHICS AND CONDUCT

1. All participants of the competition are bound by an honour code to behave responsibly and ethically.
2. All participants must wear appropriate attire during the competition day.
3. Any misconduct or behaviour not in accordance with the rules and regulations may result in
    the disqualification of the participating team.
